Prayer Requests

I am headed out of town tomorrow for a regional staff ski retreat in Tahoe, for the weekend. Here are some ways you can be in prayer for the coming days:
- safe travel as I head to Fresno and then carpool the rest of the way to Tahoe
- good fellowship, I'm a little out of my comfort zone because I only know one woman going on this trip. . .pray that I would feel secure in who God has made me to be and that I would enjoy God's creation, the body of Christ, and the adventure that this little trip will be for me
- pray for our weekly meeting tonight. . .that nonbelievers would come and would have softened hearts to receive the Good News of Christ into their lives. That the hour and a half that we're together would be transformational for all who gather here
- on Saturday the prayer coordinators that I coach are putting on a night of prayer and worship called "Consumed" ("Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe,for our God is a CONSUMING fire." Hebrews 12:28-29). Pray for Bethany and Andrew as all the details need to fall into place. Pray that the students would sense the need to come before the Lord in prayer. Pray that God would meet intimately with each and every student who devotes this Saturday night to seeking the Lord's face. Pray that worship leaders would be found for this time as that has been a challenge the past couple of days. Pray that God would be glorified above all else!

we stayed at South Shore, super close to Heavenly, too! It was awesome, it snowed all day today! We stayed in a house with 7 rooms, and I hung out in the hot tub all weekend. :) Looking forward to an update!
